Being a ardent entrepreneur himself, he founded multiple successful companies over the past years. He helped develop his first digital business model already during his studies of economics at the University of Witten/Herdecke. He continued to pursue his passion for founding and strategic development after his studies as well. As a consultant at zeb/rolfes.schierenbeck.associates (zeb), a consultancy firm specialised in finance, he accompanied multiple strategy and merger projects at various German banks.

Nils Ermeling is a Partner at MIC Corporate Finance, responsible for supporting medium-sized companies as they are looking to divest or find a solution for an upcoming succession. He is furthermore a Venture Partner at MIC Ventures, supporting start-up companies as they build their business. Mr Ermeling is happy to share his deeply rooted experience with young founders.

Assuming responsibility for the marketing activities of Jakob & Sozien and the MIC Group with the same passion. He combines a profound interest in the arts with a private passion for architecture and design.

A resident of Berlin and working at our office there, Mr Ermeling enjoys athletic pursuits when not at work. From the gym to the tennis court. When he’s not out enjoying the large cultural offering of the capital city, that is.
